Before transitioning into residential sales, Austin specialized in conducting quality control walk-throughs for new developments, working closely with tenants and investors. This foundation gave him a keen sense of construction quality, market trends, and what truly makes a home stand out. Now, he leverages that expertise—along with a strong grasp of New York City’s diverse neighborhoods—to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions in a competitive market.
Known for his honesty, responsiveness, and skilled negotiating, Austin is committed to being available to his clients at all times. “Real estate is one of the biggest financial and lifestyle decisions someone can make,” he says. “I make sure my clients always feel informed, involved, and supported.”
Originally from New Jersey, Austin holds a degree in Business Management from Indiana University and has proudly called NYC home for over a decade. Outside of real estate, you’ll find him golfing or staying active—habits he credits with keeping him focused, balanced, and energized.
